This original external staircase serving 6Nr flats was totally enclosed to create a new secure, warm and aesthetically pleasing space. A Chemical DPC, door entry system, AOV, emergency lighting, new flooring and redecoration all formed part of the works. The external entrance was also improved with resin bound paving and a Bike shelter for residents.
